My Services

  • There’s 3 different packages - 4 weeks, 6 weeks or 12 weeks (best value)

  • You will be provided an initial assessment based on your intake form and medical history (will identify your needs and goals goals).

    We will review your overall medical history and lifestyle.

    You will be provided eating/diet recommendations based on your intake form and specific to your health.

    We will discuss what client needs in order to feel well.

    We will pinpoint who you want to be? Or most importantly who you no longer to be?

  • To ensure that you stay on track with your health goals throughout your (4, 6, or 12 weeks period), we will have weekly meetings. During these meetings, we will work together to make any necessary changes and adjustments to your health journey.

    You will also receive a Personal Meal Planning Guide that includes a one-week shopping list and some delicious recipes (example here) for you to cook at home. My goal is to help you make healthy eating both easy and enjoyable!

    I’m committed to being available to you whenever you need help or guidance. Whether you have questions or concerns, or just need support throughout your journey, I’ll be there for you every step of the way.

  • We can meet online or in person if in the Miami area.

  • Plan, prepare, and package a variety of nutritious and flavorful meals in advance. I ensure my clients have convenient and healthy options readily available, making it easier for them to maintain a balanced diet and achieve their health goals.
